Editable Compliance Workspace
Who It's For:
Providers who want to adopt the system as their active compliance infrastructure and customize it for their operations.
What Is Included:
- • Editable access for active operations
- • Full access to SOPs, templates, and operational records
- • Email notifications of regulatory updates
- • Ability to customize documentation for your organization
What Is NOT Included:
- ✗ Guided setup or implementation support
- ✗ Ongoing operational management
- ✗ Custom state monitoring beyond Texas + Federal
Guided Setup + Workspace
Who It's For:
Providers who want editable workspace access plus time-bound onboarding support to implement the system effectively.
What Is Included:
- • All features of Editable Compliance Workspace
- • Time-bound onboarding support (when contracted)
- • Implementation guidance and system orientation
What Is NOT Included:
- ✗ Ongoing operational management beyond setup period
- ✗ Custom policy writing or legal interpretation
- ✗ Compliance certification or audit services
Managed Compliance System
Future – Not Currently Offered
A managed compliance service may be offered in the future under a separate agreement. This would include ongoing operational support and compliance management beyond system access.
What Delivery Level Does NOT Affect
All delivery models receive the same regulatory monitoring scope:
